Luke is a Senior Lawyer having joined the firm in 2018.
Working closely with Vicki Jackson, Luke has experience primarily in Family law matters such as divorce, property settlements, parenting arrangements as well as practising in Property, Wills & deceased Estates.
He regularly appears in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia on behalf of clients.
With a background in thoroughbred horse racing, after working in the industry for nearly 25 years and holding senior integrity roles, Luke has a special interest in assisting jockeys and trainers in the internal review and QCAT appeal processes.
He obtained his law degree from Central Queensland University, and Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Queensland University of Technology while maintaining his full-time employment with Racing Queensland and the Queensland Racing Integrity Commission. Luke was admitted as a Lawyer in the Supreme Court of Queensland in early 2018.
Luke has a young family and maintains a keen interest in horse racing and rugby league.
