About Ben
As Managing Director, Ben has overseen the firm’s expansion into Brisbane and Yeppoon.
Ben has significant legal experience and has established other successful businesses outside the legal industry. That experience makes him a well-rounded adviser who is able to see things from his client’s perspective, understand the issues and find solutions.
Ben acts for a wide cross-section of the community, including business owners, graziers, farmers and mums and dads. His practice extends across many areas of law, including business, property and succession, and he has a particular interest in all facets of estate planning and estate litigation.
Ben joined the firm in 2003 and was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2005. He holds a Graduate Diploma in Advanced Taxation from the University of New South Wales.
